Using full rhythmical breathing thereby increasing the oxygen intake is ideal. These breathing techniques are designed by yoga teachers in order to promote relaxation of the mind and body and increasing energy levels.

*Yoga teachers are deeply convicted of the belief that the food we ingest impacts our spiritual awareness. Consequently it is important to watch the diet when one becomes a yoga practitioner. Preferably try to follow as natural a diet as possible because what we ingest affect body and soul. Part of this principle advocates eating in moderation and to nourish the body only when one is hungry.
