No More Catastrophic Thinking

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

Are you some one who always sees the worst scenarios in your vision of the future? Do you hold on to this habit of thinking catastrophically as a way of feeling prepared and ready for what ever may come your way? Do you think that this gives you a sense of security or safety that others may not have?

Well, given the tumultuous events in the world today some might say that this is the only way to protect one's self.

I would like to suggest that a closer look at such "thinking" will reveal a surprise that you likely have not noticed.

For instance, right now, if you wish, put yourself in the catastrophic mind set about something, anything.

Now, once you are there I want you to notice how you feel emotionally and physically.

If you notice closely I think you will notice that you feel some of the following: tense, anxious, nervous, worried, afraid, helpless, vulnerable, drained of energy, a sense of dread, sad, heavy, bleak, perhaps hopeless, weak, alone and so on.

Does this feel like a toxic experience?

Well, I'm sure you'll agree that it is very toxic.

So in other words the "catastrophic mind set" is a toxic experience!

Earlier on you may have thought that it was protecting you didn't you?

Do you see that this is false?

If you do I would like you now to simply notice how you feel inside.

Go back to the catastrophic thinking again and see if you can re-connect to it now.

You may find that not only is difficult to access but also undesirable for you to do so.

You have just experienced a short example of the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP).

If you'd like to know more about how MRP can permanently change your life kindly visit the web link below where you can hear a special message from me.

Freedom From the Fear of Change

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

The Fear of Change has many negative consequences on one's life. These include all of the following:

1. Perpetuates unfulfilling relationships,

2. Enslaves one in endless self destructive habits,

3. Suffocates one's creative potential,

4. Leaves one feeling helpless to the whims and expectations of others,

5. Keeps one imprisoned in work that tortures the heart and the soul,

6. Stifles one's passion for life,

7. Leads to frustration, hopelessness and depression, and last but not least,

8. Leads one to give up on life itself.

Interestingly however how many times have you heard yourself or others say something like, the fear of change protects me from the unknown and thereby keeps me safe and secure? Well if this were true then it would follow that if you are carrying something "on board" that is protecting you in this way, you should not only feel free to try out new things, situations, behaviors, etc but that this would ultimately make you feel confident, carefree and able to fully expand your life in any way you desired.

This however isn't the case is it? If it was, you wouldn't have been drawn to this article because it would have absolutely no relevance for you, would it? The fact that you are reading this suggests that you already know that the fear of change is destroying your life. You are probably also becoming aware that the "rationalizations" (see the previous paragraph) you have been buying into do not in any way support the truth about what the fear of change is doing to your life.

There is now a new process called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) which can help you become free of the fear of change once and for all. Yes, you read that correctly! If you want such an experience then please visit the web link below.

Why Do We Feel Happiness?

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

Although many for us strive for happiness in our daily lives to think of it as only a goal is I feel missing the true power of this very important emotion.

In order to understand what I mean by this let me suggest a short exercise. For a moment think of a place that you would like to visit that you have never experienced before. Now imagine yourself in this place. As you do this notice how you begin to feel inside.

If this is truly a desirable destination for you then you are most likely feeling more happy as you see yourself there. Although one may take the feelings of happiness that emerge as one does such an exercise for granted they do in fact have a purpose in being there. Can you think of what that purpose might be?

Well after some reflection I think you will appreciate that the feelings of happiness, that you experienced as a result of this exercise, were trying to "communicate" to you that this was "good for you" or "right for you". In other words there is an intelligence inside you that is commenting, at every moment, about the choices you are making for yourself.

Now most of us are in the habit of consulting our minds about the usefulness of our choices. In other words we expend a great deal of energy trying to "figure out" what is good for us and what is not. Often such an analysis excludes a consideration of feelings of happiness altogether as such feelings are ironically considered unreliable and therefore not to be trusted.

Such an intellectual exercise not only takes effort but one is also often left with a lingering sense of uncertainty about the final choice. The feeling of happiness on the other hand emerges clearly and spontaneously without one having to do any work other than just imagining what one wants for one's self.

You might have also noticed that the feeling itself was most intensely felt somewhere other than in the mind or brain. Most feel it most powerfully in the region of the heart.

So what I am suggesting here is that we have an inner intelligence that we can listen to to guide us on our journey to a more happy life. That inner intelligence communicates to you in the language of happy feelings.

Are You Afraid Of Repairing Memories Of Your Emotional Past?

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

I find it interesting and puzzling that most individuals fail to recognize how not repairing traumatic memories of one's emotional past (which we all have plenty of by the way) can severely undermine all aspects of their life.

I say that because to ignore such emotionally traumatic material literally causes inordinate amounts of emotional pain.

Well if you're confused then you’ve likely bought into the myth that "If I don't feel my inner emotional pain I'll be better off".

You see that is the "lie" that more than 99% of the population on this planet is operating on.

Let me make it clearer. The consequences of burying one's emotional past in one's unconscious mind and body (because that is where it goes when you try to avoid it) are:

1. Lost vital life energy.

2. Shutting down of vital parts of one's brain function in what many call the unconscious mind.

3. It undermines one's ultimate success in their life.

4. Disrupts relationships.

5. Increases stress levels.

6. Cuts one off from their inner wisdom and intuition.

In other words one is compromised on almost all fronts: health, relationships, success etc.

How painful does that feel to you?

Well most people attempt to avoid even feeling any of this by "numbing" themselves with one addiction or another.

You see that is exactly why addiction is such a problem on this planet these days. It's because everyone is attempting to bury emotional pain that is unbearable and only getting worse.

Well how numb can you make yourself? Well I suppose numb enough to put your entire mind and body into a state of unconsciousness.

Oh, isn't that what you call death?

Yes, I know there are some here who believe that that is not such a bad alternative to shoot for. Well if you're in the camp that has decided to "check out" then perhaps you should be reading some other article because you won't get much help here.

If you however have followed my argument so far and have been attempting to get your inner emotional life under control I want you to know that now you are more fortunate than ever.

Ten years ago I developed a healing modality that allows individuals to quickly, painlessly, easily and permanently release major swaths of past life trauma from their mind and body.

I call this the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) and I administer it over the telephone. I have written extensively here on MRP in this ezine and I welcome you to read more of my articles. It is truly a remarkable tool and in my view one of the most powerful personal growth and healing tools on this planet.

Please don't just take this from me however. If you want to experience MRP at no risk to you kindly visit the web link below and arrange an Introductory Consultation. You will begin to immediately experience a renewed of health, empowerment, success, self confidence, etc.

What Mind-Body Medicine Leaves Out

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

The philosophy when I was a family doctor was that over 80% of one's patients were suffering from some form of psychosomatic illness

When I later began practicing psychiatry I naturally became very interested in the impact that one's beliefs and emotions had on one's physical health.

During that time I began to employ hypnosis to plumb the depths of the unconscious mind and found like many of my colleagues that one could very easily and quickly have profound effects on normal physiological mechanisms. For instance one could easily begin to influence such things as pain thresholds, blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, blood flow to various parts of the body and so on.

So clearly what is now called the mind-body link emerged and is now well ensconced in modern medicine in areas now known as psychoneurology, psychophysiology, and psychimmunology.

After practicing in these areas I began however to find that there was a much deeper layer that was beginning to emerge. That layer was connected to what some have called the emotional heart.

The emotional heart is for all practical purposes the seat of what I call "true human emotions" i.e. peace, love, joy, contentment, sadness, happiness etc.

This is distinct from what I call "conditioned emotions" such as fear, worry, envy, anger, anxiousness and so on. The latter are conditioned as a result of past life traumatic events that then become imprinted in each of us as past "traumatic" memories.

We all have them in one way or another because we all have an experiential understanding of the "conditioned emotions" I outlined above which stem from them.

Such conditioned emotions along with their associated memories which are essentially part of what many call a post traumatic syndrome can be released from the mind and body readily and permanently employing a modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) which I developed over 10 years ago.

When this is done something very interesting happens. Not only do the memories and their associated beliefs and emotions disappear but an entirely new state of being comes into being.

This state consists of some of the following experiences: feelings of happiness, joy, inner peace, lightness, contentment, buoyancy, expansiveness, resilience, health, a feeling of radiance, feeling more energized, feeling rejuvenated and looking and feeling more youthful.

What's more these feelings seem to originate from the emotional heart, or the heart, region and "flow" or spread to the rest of the mind and body.

What appears to be happening is that as the traumatic symptoms are released the heart and its positive emotional healing energy is re-instated into and throughout the mind/body thus restoring it to its healthy and youthful state.

It has been my experience over the last 10 years that much powerful healing takes place when such an internal shift occurs.

What, in my view, is emerging is a new paradigm of understanding how we are put together so to speak. It is time that we start to recognize the emotional heart and its powerful influence on healing.

Life Energy

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

There is a growing appreciation of the impact of psychic factors on the causation and exacerbation of many physical illnesses. For instance such problems as irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and even cancer have been felt to have such psychically based links.

In recent anecdotal research case studies using a new process called the Mind Resonance Process(TM)(MRP), I have been finding that more illnesses than we think may have psychic underpinnings. MRP is a tool that helps uncover and release destructive emotions, beliefs, perceptions and memories from one's energy field. In doing so it is able to completely clear the offending element.

What is more remarkable is the cascade effect that appears to occur from the energy field to the physical field. For instance, recently I worked with a client who had macular degeneration in one eye. When I asked the client why he thought he had this problem, much to my surprize, he said that given the state of the world he was saddened by what he saw and preferred not to know what was transpiring. As we uncovered his underlying fears it became apparent that he had a fear of feeling his sadness.

With MRP I was able to help him clear this fear entirely from his energy field and subsequently he noticed a subjective improvement in his vision in the affected eye. As we pursued other underlying emotional issues related to his impaired vision i.e. past traumas, several negative beliefs and fears, he noticed that his vision continued to improve.

The nature of his initial visual defect was such that the center of his vision in the affected eye was obliterated. As I worked with him over a period of 2 months, once per week, he ultimately began to notice that his centrally localized defect was slowly shrinking. So much so that on one particular day towards the end of the two month mark he was surprized to have a had a full day of near perfect vision in the previously affected eye.

I am currently attempting to repeat such case studies with hard documented measurements of changes in visual field defects and I am looking for suitable volunteers for this study.

Needless to say these findings have confirmed my suspicions of the degree to which the human bio-field can become distorted by
a wealth of accumulated negative psychic experiences from one's life history. Such experiences, which at one level are experienced as negative thoughts, feelings, perceptions and memories, at another can be conceptualized as having corresponding frequency signatures that create local or diffuse frequency disturbances in what I consider the pristine morphogenetic frequency blueprint that is the natural healthy human bio-field.

This pristine bio-field is one in which there are no frequency disruptions and which therefore represents a field which corresponds to perfect mental, emotional, physical and even spiritual health. In other articles I have given this pristine field the name the Divine Holographic Energy Field ( i.e. in an article with the same name).
