Reversing Macular Degeneration: Without Drugs Or Surgery

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

I would like to report some anecdotal research findings that suggest how our beliefs and our traumatic life history can be directly linked to some of the physical illnesses that we experience during our lives. Additionally, I would like to report that there is now a modality that can permanently release the beliefs and the memories of trauma from consciousness, or as I think of it from the human bio-field, and effectively begin to eliminate the illness at the physical level.

I report on a middle aged man who had developed Macular Degeneration (MD) in one eye some years ago. MD manifests as a progressive loss of vision in the center of one's visual field. In other words one starts to lose the ability to read, to make out faces and so on. The peripheral vision is spared. The latter is the vision that one uses to see the stars at night.

Using a new modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) I was able to help this individual recover almost 90% of his central vision after only eight sessions of MRP. MRP works by effectively uncovering beliefs, emotions and memories that are in any way related to the history of the physical problem, the visual defect in his case. MRP then allows the individual to completely release or erase from consciousness these elements. The net result is spontaneous recovery of the problem at the physical level.

This concept is also outlined in several other articles I have written i.e. "The Divine Holographic Energy Field", "The Healing Power of Love" , "We Are Not Our Personalities" and "Tuning the Human Bio-field: A New Definition of Consciousness" to name a few.

This new conceptual approach to healing I feel will usher in advances that will far outreach what most medical technologies are currently trying to achieve. It also is a sign of how capable we are of healing ourselves.

Anger & Forgiveness

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

With respect to forgiving others for past hurts done to you my
position on this is as follows:

We are all Divine Beings of Love and from Love cannot originate any kind of hurt whatsoever. Hence forgiveness becomes a moot point. We have unfortunately become unconscious of our true nature and have chosen to believe lies about ourselves, each other and our situation.

The "so-called hurt" that one has stored within must of necessity be accessed and released completely before an individual can become fully aware of who they and the other are i.e. Divine Beings as I said above.

I don't know if you've ever watched the early versions of Star Trek but I will refer to an episode that in some way depicts our situation here in this reality.

In this episode the ship was invaded by an invisible force that caused all ship members to turn against each other. Captain Kirk realized this at some point and had everyone injected with a kind of "laughing gas" that made everybody mellow and unable to feel any feelings of anger towards each other. This made it impossible for this force to feed off of the energy of
the members and hence it had to leave the ship.

All hurt due to trauma and otherwise that is stored in our
minds/bodies/energy fields are like movies that never really happened to us. We however call them part of our life history and hence feel and act out the anger towards others for past "hurts". Hence the difficulty with forgiveness.

In my view forgiveness is missing the point. That is that we are all caught in a force field of illusion that in no way represents who we are or what is actually going on. This illusion is stored and being held in the collective
consciousness of the planet and is feeding off of the vital life energy of humanity thereby disabling it.

Once this illusion is dismantled (see my many articles on the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) a modality that does just this) one will begin to see all of this clearly.

Unfortunately having said all of this in the end it’s only an experience of MRP that can convey what I am trying to say. Words usually don't get there because many on this planet are unconsciously programmed at the mind level with limiting beliefs that block like a filter the truth about what is being said.

You may recall another movie here "The Invasion of the Body Snatchers".

Releasing The Emotional Roots Of Anxiety

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

Those of you who have ever experienced prolonged and unexplained periods of anxiety may have wondered more than once what the cause of it was for you.

When no known cause was apparent and the symptoms became intolerable or made you unable to function you likely may have turned to some form of medication or other modality to lessen its impact on your life.

To make it plain and easy to understand how I conceptualize the root cause of anxiety I will use the analog of a pot of water on a stove top.

Assume here that your awareness is limited strictly to the surface of the water in the pot. In other words you do not know that the pot is on a stove top and that the stove element is turn on to high.

What you see after some time is the turbulence on the surface of the water. Now if you had never experienced this before you might be hard pressed to explain what was going on. Of course you do know however that the water is being heated and that this is responsible for the turbulence.

Now if we go back to the situation with the anxiety. The symptoms of the anxiety which you experience emotionally, mentally and physically represent the turbulence on the surface of the water in the pot as it is being heated.

What does the heat represent in this case?

Well it represents all those uncomfortable feelings, thoughts and memories that you have stored within your mind/body (some call this the unconscious mind) that you are suppressing simply because if you allowed yourself to feel them you might not be able to function.

Unfortunately the "pressure" exerted on your conscious mind by this submerged material is great enough to make you aware of its presence. This is what you experience as the anxiety i.e. the turbulence on the surface of the water.

You have however sufficiently submerged the root causes of the discomfort (i.e. the memories themselves) and therefore cannot make a conscious link between the anxiety and their cause.

This tactic of trying to suppress uncomfortable memories is engaged because many "think" that by doing so they will push the offending material away and therefore feel better.

Well, like it or not, this never works. When this material is pushed away it only gets pushed inside and like a beach ball pushed into the shallow end of a swimming pool it will exert an equal and opposite force upward and outward into your conscious mind. The net result is that by trying to keep it submerged it only depletes your vital life energy.

The only way to effectively deal with the anxiety is to release the memory completely and thereby release the internal pressure. Most psychotherapies fail at this process because in doing so they leave the client vulnerable to re-experiencing the full force of the negative experience in what is termed an abreaction.

When this happens the client often feels re-traumatized and may leave therapy.

With a new modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) the client gains considerable resilience and emotional strength as they are allowed to become aware of the offending material at their own desired pace. They also are able to completely, permanently and quickly release the offending material thereby reclaiming vast amounts of vital life energy.

This process is done over the telephone and is accessible by visiting the web link below.

Obesity: Are You An Unconscious Overeater?

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

What do I mean by eating unconsciously?

Well basically many individuals who tend to over eat appear to go into some sort of a trance when they are overeating. Another way of saying this is that they are dissociated or not fully present. This is evident by the fact that they cannot truly feel, in the moment, what they are doing to themselves and to their bodies. What's more many have trouble even remembering what they ate during such periods. Try it yourself and you'll see what I mean.

Such unconscious habits tend to arise spontaneously and are often brought on by disappointing events in the present that trigger the emergence into consciousness old painful emotions or feelings from unresolved past traumatic memories or disappointments.

The tendency is for many individuals to try and "push" these old feelings "out of consciousness" by engaging various strategies. These include soothing themselves with:

1. Food.

2. Sex.

3. Drugs.

4. Cigarettes.

5. Work.

6. Television and computer games.

7. Etc.

Now because the use of food is one the earliest learned strategy for soothing one's self it has the tendency to be adopted early if early life trauma is present. It becomes especially ingrained, in my view, if one's parents used food as a way of soothing their children early on.

So the "self soothing" behavior then is essentially an activity that attempts to quench "unresolved" negative emotions that the individual continues to harbor within.

Unless these emotions are released and cleared once and for all they will continue to exert "pressure" on the individual to do something about their discomfort when they arise.

So you see this is why many weight loss programs fail i.e. they focus simply on the diet and leave out the root cause driving the emotional eating patterns.

Such emotional eating behavior can be released quickly, easily and permanently by individuals who are truly committed to doing so. This can now be done over the telephone employing a new modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP). To arrange an introductory consultation kindly visit the web link below.

The Myth Of Male Menopause

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

There are many reasons why the concept of male menopause has been coined. Largely however it is because most men generally are unconscious of how they are not looking after themselves both physically and emotionally.

So what I'm saying here are two things:

1. "Male menopause" is a symptom of self abuse and,

2. It is completely reversible.

Not only is it reversible; it can be done without those drugs that only serve to further toxify the body at all levels.

Unfortunately men, unlike women, have been socialized to be unaware of their emotions as well as the normal day to day functioning of their own bodies. This thing that many refer to as male menopause is the net result of this lack of awareness.

To make it clearer, suppose that you didn't know the first thing about how to maintain your car and just continued to drive it until something went wrong with it. Would you then conclude that your car's life span was naturally short or that it was going through the phase of "Carpause"?

Now doesn't that sound a bit ridiculous?

Did you know that our physical bodies are capable of living healthily until at least 140 years of age if not longer? Many researchers have found tribes living in remote areas of China, India and Pakistan whose life spans, at least up until the 1980's before they were infiltrated by unhealthy Western practices, were well into the hundreds.

Not only that, the sexual function of older men in these tribes was as normal as that of their sons, grandsons and great grandsons.

So what is wrong with us here in the West that we so readily want to give up on our own bodies?

Well in short it is because we have lost touch this our inner awareness that we are so willing to accept "lies" about what is wrong with the design of the body itself.

I have only one thing to say on that matter:

If you allow yourself to believe any of those lies, e.g. in a male menopause for instance, then you are s good as dead!

If that shocks you enough to want to wake up to the inner capability that your body has to last longer than you have ever imagined then as a start please read my articles:

1. "Food Sensitivity and Your Health"

2. "Reclaim Your Youthful Appearance Through Emotional Detoxification"

3. "The Way To Lose Weight Easily And Permanently Without Drugs"

Then if you want to go further kindly contact me for an introductory consultation (see the web link below) to start the journey back to reawakening your emotional heart to the truth of what is really going on inside your mind, heart and body.

Without this you are bound to fall prey to all of those people and institutions who are, like vultures, waiting to get their hands on your life energy.

All Abuse Is Self Abuse

By Nick Arrizza, M.D.

Abusive behavior can take many forms: emotional, physical, financial, sexual etc. Those who engage in it often fail to recognize the effects that such behavior has on themselves.

For instance when one chooses to be abusive towards someone else they are in turn undermining their own integrity, self esteem and self worth.

Although in the heat of the moment they may not recognize these effects their subsequent feelings about themselves will declare themselves as painful feelings of guilt, self loathing, self hatred, anger, frustration, a sense of being out of control, a sense of helplessness, and feelings of worthlessness.

Such feelings are so intoerable to the individual that they need to distract themselves from them. This is done by projecting the feelings onto others and then by attacking them through further abusive behaviors. Of course this only repeats the cycle and deepens the emotional pain they harbor inside themselves.

If allowed to continue such individuals find themselves resorting to more violent unconsciously driven self sabotaging behaviors whose aim is to try to eliminate the source of the problem, them.

In other words they engage in high risk violence where they might get seriously hurt or killed. The unconscious belief is that by doing so they will feel relieved and will be able to end the cycle of abuse once and for all. This of course is not an answer.

Unfortunately such individuals usually start down this road after having beed abused themselves as young children. By the time they are grown adults they have accumulated a large amount of emotional trauma in their minds/bodies and their tolerance for the pain inside is very low.

The only way to help such individuals break the vicious cycle of abuse, self abuse and self destruction is to help them release once and for all the memories of trauma they have experienced, and the memories of abuse they have inflicted on others and on themselves.

A new modality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) has been shown to effect powerful and permanent release in the traumatic memories of such individuals with remarkable shifts in self esteem, self control, and self worth.
